Our services are provided by, and you’re contracting with Aecho. The platform is operated and owned by Aecho. Aecho owns the intellectual property rights for all the material on our platform.
We don’t store inventory in warehouses. We take orders, pick, pack and deliver the products to our customers.
Certain products listed on our platform are age restricted by law. The recipient must provide valid photo identification to avail the product. If the recipient is under 18, we will claim delivery charges. Only the product cost will be refunded.
After you place an order on our platform, the product will be delivered to you by the delivery boy to a physical address of your choice (which you need to select during the online ordering process) within the stipulated time frame. If the delivery boy is assaulted by the customer, strict legal action will be taken against the accused.
You may be required to sign for delivery and provide a valid photo identification when your product is delivered.
Legal measures will be invoked to penalize copyright infringement if the content of our platform is republished by any unathorized person or organisation.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, Aecho will not be liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of your product within the stipulated frame of time.
We collect and manage personal data of our customers, both potential and existing, in a secure way. Customer data as received on our platform are entered by the customer under his/her free will. We don’t force our clients to register on our platform.
Customers shall not share their login credentials with any unauthorized person. If shared, the customer shall be liable to consequences. Aecho will not be responsible for their mistakes.
We ensure secure transactions for our customers. Don’t be duped by fake e-wallet applications. Aecho will not be held responsible for the negligence of the customer.
Customer should bear with us if it takes time to load money to the e-wallet.
A certain amount of money will be deducted while transferring the money from the e-wallet to the customer’s registered account.
Refund and Return
Defective product returned will be replaced or the payment will be refunded only if the order is returned proving its fault.
Proper legal actions will be taken against fake returns.
